Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities.

• Allocate work to operators and ensure output as per target.

• Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping on the shop floor.

• Ensure machines and equipment are used properly and safely.

• Check product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Maintain production records, daily reports, and shift logs.

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store departments.

• Identify problems in the process and escalate to management.

• Train new workers on processes, safety, and operation.

• Ensure timely availability of materials and resources for production.

Skills & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / Graduate (technical background preferred).

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.

• Ability to solve problems and take quick decisions.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, reporting).

• Good communication and coordination skills.
